Cancellation Policy
At Studio FM, we understand that circumstances can happen. Our hair artists always look forward to give you the very best service, however, they reserve time specifically for you, and to ensure fairness and to protect our staff’s time, we have implemented the following cancellation and no show policy:
* We will charge full service price for all no call/ no show at the day of appointment.
* There’s a 2 day window for haircut services, and 5 day window for all color services.
* SPECIAL color services that are booked for 3 hours or more on the schedule, will need a 7 day notification prior to the apointment to cancel.
* Any services cancelled or rescheduled after those days, client will be charged 50% of services, with the exception of emergency situations.
